Intel CEO responds to self-driving Mobileye "catastrophic" IPO: not for financing, more to enter the market

Mobileye said in its prospectus that it would issue 41 million common shares at a price of between $18 and $20, raising up to $820 million and valuing up to $15.93 billion, while it emerged in April that Mobileye could be valued at as much as $50 billion.
