❶ select the table, select "insert" in the menu bar, then click "Table", select "PivotTable", and click "OK".

❷ drags the name directly to the row area, then the date to the column area, and the time to the value area.

Click [count item: sign-in time], and select "value Field Settings".

Next, it will pop up a window ~ in this window, select [minimum] in the calculation Type and rename it to "go to work".

Then click "number format", and then select "time" format in "Classification".
