Microsoft Windows Development Suite 2023 announced that it is equipped with Snapdragon 8cx Gen 3.

Windows development kit 2023 is equipped with Qualcomm Snapdragon 8cx Gen 3 processor, 32 GB LPDDR4x memory and 512 GB NVMe storage space, Geekbench 5 single-core running score 1105, multi-core running score 5675.

This result is similar to or even lower than the running score of the previous Qualcomm Snapdragon 8cx Gen 3 device. For comparison, Apple M1 has a single core running score of 1750 and a multi-core running score of 7750.

Qualcomm Snapdragon 8cx Gen3 was released at the end of last year, using 5nm technology, 8-core main frequency 3.0GHz. Qualcomm's official website did not give detailed specifications, saying only that its CPU multitasking performance was improved by up to 85% and the GPU performance was up to 60%.
