The adaptation of the Last Survivor will premiere on HBO Max on January 15 next year.

CTOnews.com, November 3 (Xinhua)-- Naughty Dog Studio announced that the series adapted from the game "Last Survivor" will premiere on HBO Max on January 15, 2023.

The series "the Last Survivor" is adapted according to the first part of the game, and is set in the United States after the virus is ravaged. The people infected by the virus become terrible monsters. The protagonists of the game are a cold-tempered smuggler uncle Joel and a brave precocious 14-year-old girl Ellie. Joel promised to send the little girl Ellie to the designated place in exchange for weapons. The two began their long journey across the United States, with a total of 10 episodes in the first season.

CTOnews.com learned that Pedro Pascal and Bella Ramsey will play the protagonists Joel and Ellie.

This is not the first time Sony has adapted its popular games into film and television content. In March this year, a film of the same name adapted from the hit masterpiece "the mysterious Sea" was released in China, with Tom Holland playing the protagonist Nathan Drake.
