BYD sold 217800 new energy vehicles in October: an increase of 168.9% over the same period last year, and this year's cumulative sales exceeded 1.4 million.

Data show that BYD's sales of new energy vehicles reached 217,800 in October, up 168.9% year-on-year and 81,000 in the same period last year; sales of new energy vehicles from January to October reached 1,402,900, up 158.52% year-on-year.

CTOnews.com learned that BYD said in the announcement that the company sold 9529 new energy passenger vehicles overseas in October 2022; the total installed capacity of power batteries and energy storage batteries of new energy vehicles in October 2022 was about 10.188 GWh, and the cumulative installed capacity in 2022 was about 67.681 GWh.

In contrast, BYD sold 201,259 new energy vehicles in September; 1,180,054 new energy vehicles were sold from January to September 2022, with a cumulative year-on-year growth of 249.56%.
