Microsoft: Outlook will no longer provide personalized email address service to individuals at the end of next year

Microsoft also officially announced the change on a support page: "as of November 30, 2023, Microsoft 365 individual users or Microsoft 365 home users will no longer be able to create a new personalized email address associated with their Outlook.com inbox."
