Apple moves: YouTube Channel uploading hundreds of WWDC videos has been shut down
CTOnews.com November 5 news, after Apple made a number of removal requests, a dedicated upload Apple WWDC developers live video YouTube account has been disabled.
Brendan Shanks, creator of the YouTube channel, called Apple WWDC Videos, tweeted that Apple had made a series of copyright removal requests for his channel, which eventually led to the closure of the channel, which contained hundreds of WWDC videos from 20 years ago, including videos introducing Mac OS X, Darwin, Aqua and WebObjects.
CTOnews.com learned that not only was its video removed, but Shanks 'YouTube channel was also disabled due to multiple violations. Shanks also lost his personal YouTube account, as well as YouTube TV, which he had just paid for.
