Lianle Railway has successfully passed the preliminary acceptance and is expected to be officially put into operation by the end of the year.

CTOnews.com, November 5, according to the official account of "Southwest Railway", yesterday, the Lian (Jie) Le (Shan) Railway, an important link between the Chengdu-Chongqing Railway and the Chengdu-Kunming Railway, successfully passed the preliminary acceptance, and strive to officially open for operation by the end of this year.

CTOnews.com learned that the Lianle Railway has a total length of 123.481 kilometers, with eight stations: Lianjie, Shijing, Wang Yang, Jingyan, Mata, Leshan Port, Taiping and Yangangnan, with 125 bridges and 16 tunnels.

The railway department said that the Lianle Railway starts from the connecting railway station of Weiyuan County in Neijiang City, Sichuan Province in the east, and the Yangang Station of the Chengkun Railway in the west. it runs through three cities and eight districts and counties in Neijiang City, Renshou County, Meishan City, Jingyan County, Wutongqiao District, City Central District, High-tech Zone, Shawan District and Emeishan City.

According to reports, as an important link between Chengdu-Kunming and Chengdu-Chongqing national railway lines, the Lianle Railway connects Chengdu to the north, Kunming to the south and Chongqing to the east, and is closely linked with the three major hub cities. After the line is completed and put into operation, it will further enhance the resilience of the road network, effectively strengthen the exchange of regional materials, and reduce social transport costs.
