Toyota Sena Autono-MaaS is unveiled in public, equipped with L4 self-driving software and hardware system of Horse Zhixing.

CTOnews.com November 5, today, the fifth session of China International Import Expo, equipped with the sixth generation of L4 self-driving software and hardware system of Toyota Sena Autono-MaaS (self-driving Mobile Travel Service) vehicle made its public debut in China.

The appearance of the Sena Autono-MaaS is closer to the design of consumer-grade vehicles. At the same time, the sensor kit on the roof adopts a two-stage split design, the front section integrates a solid-state lidar, and the rear section integrates three solid-state lidars, which is smaller and more integrated than the previous generation.

CTOnews.com learned that Horse Zhihang said it had started the standardized production of the first batch of vehicles carrying ADK (self-driving kit) and completed four months of closed road testing. The first batch of vehicles will be launched in China's first-tier cities in the first half of 2023 to provide self-driving mobile travel service (Robotaxi).
