Samsung launches two metal straps for the Galaxy Watch5 / Pro series

CTOnews.com Samsung announced in South Korea the launch of two new metal bands for its Galaxy Watch5 and Watch5 Pro smartwatches. Milanese bands are available for Galaxy Watch5 (40mm and 44mm), while Link Bracelet bands are exclusive to Galaxy Watch5 Pro.

Link Bracelet Strap The new Link Bracelet strap costs 253000 won (about 1308 yuan) and comes in two colors-silver and black. The Milanese strap costs 99000 won (about 512 yuan) and comes in the same two colors. CTOnews.com has learned that Samsung is also selling new strap options bundled with Galaxy Watch5 models. Link Bracelet can be bundled with Watch5 Pro for 599000 won (about 3097 yuan).

The Galaxy Watch5 Milanese strap version with a 44mm Milanese strap costs 339000 won (about 1753 yuan), while the Galaxy Watch5 Milanese strap version with a 40mm strap costs 319000 won (about 1649 yuan). It remains to be seen whether these new strap options will find their way into markets outside Korea.
