CTOnews.com November 9 news, China Resources Microelectronics Power Semiconductor Sealing and Testing Base Project ushered in the first batch of equipment in October this year. The first batch of equipment entered the clean production workshop and was accurately positioned at the layout positioning point.

The successful transfer of the first batch of equipment of CR Microelectronics marks that the construction of the sealing and testing base project has entered the stage of plant delivery, equipment move in and piping installation. It took 11 months from the commencement of the test base project in November 2021 to the successful migration of the first batch of equipment.

CTOnews.com learned that CR Microelectronics 2021 Annual Report shows that CR Microelectronics initiated the establishment of CR Runan Technology (Chongqing) Co., Ltd. to invest in the construction of power semiconductor sealing and testing base, with a planned investment of 4.2 billion yuan.
