Google asked Stadia customers not to contact customer service about game refunds. Google says you can't speed up the refund even if you go to customer service, so it wants customers to avoid contacting customer service for feedback on Stadia refunds until January, when the vast majority of refunds should have arrived.

According to reports, customers who buy 20 or less games / DLC on Stadia will receive a separate refund email for each game, while users who buy more than 20 games can only receive one email detailing all refunds.
