Anshi Semiconductor acquires Dutch semiconductor company Nowi

According to reports, Nowi's PMIC combines ultra-small PCB packaging, ultra-low BOM cost, and excellent average acquisition performance. With Anshi's manufacturing capabilities and strong global infrastructure, Nowi is able to accelerate the production of these solutions and quickly achieve larger-scale production and transportation by the end of 2022 and the beginning of 2023.

Dan Jensen, a senior executive at Anshi Semiconductor, said that the acquisition of Nowi is an important strategic investment because energy collection perfectly complements the existing power management capabilities of Anshi Semiconductor.
