CTOnews.com November 13, according to retail enthusiast and creative Michael Steeber pointed out that Apple on Saturday (November 12) at 10 am local time in the Portland, Oregon area Bridgeport Village in the United States opened a new store. The store is located at 7273 SW Bridgeport Road, close to Apple's former location at the outdoor mall.

CTOnews.com has learned that the new Apple Store is larger and incorporates Apple's latest retail design, including a dedicated pickup area for Apple online store orders. According to Steeber, the store has quartz and glass exterior walls, while there are four stone benches on the sidewalk outside the door, which are both seats and obstacles to prevent vehicles from hitting the glass.

Like other retail stores, the Apple Store offers free "Today at Apple" creative classes and a Genius Bar to book hardware repairs.

Apple has more than 520 Apple Stores worldwide, including three in Portland.
