CTOnews.com, November 14 (Xinhua)-- Samsung usually launches its next generation of Galaxy A-series phones at the beginning of the first quarter of each year. Early next year, the company is expected to release new phones such as the Galaxy A54 and Galaxy A74, at least one of which is expected to be equipped with a new Exynos mid-range processor, and the chipset is already available.

CTOnews.com learned that Exynos 1380 and Exynos 1330 are already available in the Bluetooth SIG database, and according to authentication documents, the two Exynos processors will support Bluetooth 5.3 through a separate RF chip called Samsung Bluetooth Controller V6. The two new Exynos chips will be used in Samsung's Galaxy A, Galaxy F and Galaxy M series smartphones and tablets.

Exynos 1380 is likely to have at least two ARM Cortex-A series high-performance CPU cores, supplemented by Mali series (most likely Mali-G615) GPU, which is more powerful than Exynos 1280. The processor may also have a fully integrated 5G baseband that supports millimeter wave and sub-6GHz 5G networks. Because the Galaxy A33 5G and Galaxy A53 5G are equipped with Exynos 1280 processors, it is expected that the Galaxy A34 and Galaxy A54 will be equipped with Exynos 1380 processors.

The Exynos 1330 is a new chipset that Samsung may launch as a successor to the Exynos 850s or Exynos 880s.
