Wuling Motor: Hongguang MINIEV has been the No. 1 seller of pure electric cars in China for 26 months.

CTOnews.com November 15 news, today, Wuling announced that Hongguang MINIEV ranked first in sales of Chinese brand pure electric cars for 26 months in a row.

Hongguang MINIEV sold 41255 vehicles in October, down 13.8 per cent from 47834 in October 2021, according to the data. In addition to the top sales of Chinese brand pure electric cars, Wuling said Hongguang MINIEV ranked first in car sales in October.

CTOnews.com learned that while Hongguang MINIEV is selling well, Wuling Motors is constantly improving and upgrading its models. Last week, Hongguang MINIEV macaron "colorful model" and "color painting model" were announced on the market, with prices starting at 46800 yuan.

As an upgraded model of Hongguang MINIEV, Hongguang MINIEV macaron went on sale in April this year. The new car has been upgraded in appearance, interior and configuration, with standard main driving airbag, reversing image and seat upgrade. NEDC continues to provide 120km and 170km versions.
