Computer Science and Technology Award, 2022 "CCF King's Choice Award" announced

According to the Chinese computer Society, the "CCF King selection Award" is awarded to scientific and technological workers who have made important breakthroughs in the forefront of computer science and technology and created remarkable economic or social benefits through transformation and industrialization. The award was established in 2005 to commemorate the late famous computer scientist Professor Wang Xuan.

According to reports, the CCF Award Committee decided to award Dr. Yang Zhenkun, Professor Liu Yunhao of Tsinghua University and chief scientist of Beijing Aoxing bass Technology Co., Ltd., the "CCF King selection Award" in 2022 to recognize their remarkable academic achievements and important contributions to society in computer and related fields.

CTOnews.com learned that according to the reasons for winning the award announced by the Chinese computer Society, Liu Yunhao established the theory of non-ranging location and locability of the Internet of things, and put forward the group intelligence perception computing model and large-scale self-organizing Internet of things fault diagnosis technology, which has made outstanding contributions to the research and application of the Internet of things in China. Yang Zhenkun made an important contribution to the research and development of laser phototypesetting system in his early days. In recent years, he led the innovative research and development of distributed relational database system product Ocean Base, and made outstanding contributions to the development of database field in our country.
