Thanks to CTOnews.com netizen Plea is wombat for lead delivery! CTOnews.com November 16 news, after Qualcomm released the second generation Snapdragon 8 mobile platform, Meizu Technology announced this afternoon that the new flagship will be the first to carry Qualcomm's second generation Snapdragon 8 mobile platform. However, the new flagship phone may not be the Meizu 19 series, but the Meizu 20 series.

According to firmware data found by foreign media priceaba and whistleblower Paras Guglani, the upcoming Meizu phones with models M381Q and M391Q will be named Meizu 20 and Meizu 20 Pro respectively.

In July this year, Xingji Times announced that it holds a 79.09% controlling stake in Meizu Technology and has obtained sole control of Meizu Technology. Shen Ziyu, vice chairman of Xingji Times, who also serves as chairman of Meizu Technology, said Meizu would retain an independent team and launch a new flagship next year.

CTOnews.com understands that Meizu Technology was founded in 2003, and if the new machine is released next year, which happens to be the 20th anniversary, it seems possible to rename Meizu 20 series.

In addition, Meizu 20 Pro will be available in two storage versions: 8GB + 256GB and 12GB + 512GB, providing at least three body colors.

Meizu Technology said that under the hardware performance of the second generation Xiaolong 8 mobile platform, Meizu's brand-new flagship will also bring "multi-terminal, full-scene, immersive fusion experience" to everyone in the new era.
