CTOnews.com, November 17, according to HiBy Music release, HiBy FC4 portable ear amplifier decoder ushered in firmware update V1.6, this update supports automatic adaptation of different versions of chips, supports USB HID DFU upgrade, and fixes several problems.
CTOnews.com learned that the seashells FC4 uses a 28nm low-power chip, supports 416m high-performance audio dedicated DSP, is equipped with dual DAC,2 ES9218PC chips, and one chip is responsible for decoding the left and right channels. The front bar RGB indicator displays the color according to the sampling frequency of the current playback. Support 3.5mm and 4.4mm headphone plug-in design. The volume adjustment key is set on the side, and the package is equipped with USB-C to USB-C line and USB-C to USB-A line.
HiBy Music said that in order to support FC4 firmware upgrade, users need to download and install HiBy DFU TOOL for firmware upgrade. You can click the link to download the tool (cloud disk extraction code: HIBY), or you can download it through [FC4 firmware and upgrade tool] under the "Service and support" section of www.hiby.com.
Here are the upgrade methods
Download and install HiBy DFU TOOL on your computer, unzip it and click [c_sharp_hid_ui.exe] to open the software.
Local upgrade: open HiBy DFU TOOL in the computer, and connect the FC4 to the computer through the data cable, waiting for the upper left corner.
FC4 appears in the information bar, click [OPEN] to open the extracted [FC4 1.6] folder, click [fc4_v16.bin], click [Download] to wait for the progress bar to finish, and the progress bar will prompt "done" when it is finished.
Online upgrade: open HiBy DFU TOOL in the computer and connect the FC4 to the computer through the data cable, waiting for the upper left corner
FC4 appears in the information bar. Click "check" to check the device version on the HiBy server and prompt whether to download the upgrade. Click "Download" to download it locally and upgrade automatically. Wait for the progress bar to finish. When the progress bar is completed, it will prompt "done".
