CTOnews.com November 18 news, recently, two next-generation AMD thread ripper Ryzen 7000 "Storm Peak" processor appeared in Einstein @ Home database. The processor comes with 96 Zen 4 cores and 192 threads, 50% more than the thread ripper Ryzen 5000.

CTOnews.com learned that the two AMD thread ripper Ryzen 7000 "Storm Peak" processors appearing in the database this time are "100- 0000884 -21_N" and "100- 0000884 -20_Y" respectively.

Both processors have the same core configuration, including 96 cores, 192 threads, and a total cache pool of 480MB (384MB L3+96MB L2).

These chips will utilize a Zen 4 chip with 12CCD, a test platform with 128GB of DDR5 memory and a Radeon PRO W6400 GPU, which more or less confirms their workstation nature.
