Microsoft releases a new preview of Win11 Microsoft Store: the taskbar icon right-click menu allows you to quickly jump to the specified category
CTOnews.com, November 19, Microsoft recently released a new preview version of Microsoft Store for Windows Insider project members, version number: Build 22210.1401.X. The most noteworthy feature of this preview is the optimization of the jump list.
CTOnews.com learned that a jump list is the right-click menu that pops up after a user right-clicks an application's icon on the taskbar. The jump list provides information about common operations in the application, projects that have been fixed, recently accessed files, and so on.
The Microsoft Store preview jump list opens specific categories (applications, games, movies, bookshelves) and launches recently added applications. This is not a breakthrough, but it is still a welcome addition that makes it easier to use Microsoft Store.
