The company is wholly owned by Ningde Times New Energy Technology Co., Ltd., according to shareholder information.
The scope of business includes licensed projects: power generation business, transmission business, power supply (distribution) business. (projects that must be approved according to law shall be approved by relevant departments before business activities can be carried out. Specific business projects shall be subject to the approval documents or permits of relevant departments.) General projects: energy storage technical services; scientific and technological popularization and application services; engineering and technical research and experimental development.
