The museum was established in January 2016 and has received more than 43000 visitors in the past six years. The web page details Lulu's "life", including date of birth, place of origin, eulogy, "disappeared after leaving school one night in January 2010, and it took several days to find her unrecognizable body in the sea. May she rest in peace in heaven." The memorial hall has animated backgrounds such as a funeral hall and an online cemetery, all with Lulu's head portrait, as well as a "sound and smile" module, which has released 10 life photos of Lulu.

Lulu was very angry when she learned about this. The personal information recorded on the web page was consistent with her own information, and all the photos were her life photos posted on her personal social platform. She thought that the rest network sacrificial platform infringed her portrait and reputation rights and required the platform to bear tort liability.

The platform confirms that the situation is true, but because the memorial was established many years ago, and the real-name registration system was not implemented at that time, so at present, we can only find the IP address, nickname and login name of the established user, and cannot provide his real name, address, telephone number and other information.

The court held that the platform did not strictly perform the audit responsibility, did not require registered users to carry out real-name authentication, and Zhilu's personality rights were infringed, so the platform was ruled to bear tort liability.
