Musk has finally cut enough, and Twitter is currently recruiting engineering and sales staff.
Beijing, Nov. 22 (Xinhua) according to Verge, Twitter's new boss, Elon Musk, held a staff meeting on Monday. He told employees at the meeting that the company had no plans for more layoffs and was looking for engineering and advertising sales positions.
Since late Sunday local time, Musk has laid off more staff in its sales department and further reduced the number of employees who have fallen sharply as a result of layoffs and resignations. Some of the affected employees have been notified since Sunday, but the number of layoffs is still unclear, according to people familiar with the matter.
The social media company has been in turmoil since Mr Musk bought Twitter for $44 billion last month. Musk has laid off more than half of his employees and raised the possibility of Twitter going bankrupt.
