Reported that the interruption of communications services began to soar after midnight on the 11th eastern time. Data from a US network status monitoring website show that the cities that have failed are mainly concentrated in New York, Miami and other eastern cities in the United States.

The interruption of Verizon Communications' mobile service in Miami was caused by an optical fiber outage caused by overnight construction, and the wireless operator said on Thursday that it was working with suppliers and local staff to resolve the problem.

The company said services to customers in the Miami area, which is concentrated near Haielia and extends south to Kendall and Homstead, have been affected.
