The company is owned by GAC GROUP, GAC MOTOR Co., Ltd., and GAC Ean New Energy Automobile Co., Ltd., respectively. It plans to build a production line in 2025, capable of producing 400000 sets of IDU electric drive system assemblies and 100000 sets of GMC hybrid electromechanical coupling system motors and electronic controls.
