What is an inactive account? If the player account does not have any login activity in any game, application or network asset for more than three years, the account will be deemed invalid.

Therefore, as long as the player has logged in to the game within three years, or even logged in on the official website of the fist game, the account will not be deleted.

Which inactive accounts are being deleted? Fist Game adopts a very conservative policy to determine which inactive accounts will be terminated, and the account must meet all of the following conditions in order to be considered eligible to be deleted because of inactivity:

The account is inactive

The account has not purchased any game currency during its life cycle.

The account does not receive any game currency during its life cycle.

The account has been playing for less than 20 hours.

The account does not have any rare limited edition game rights

CTOnews.com learned that if a player's account is marked for deletion due to inactivity, the fist game will be notified to the player via email. Officials will start deleting accounts in the next few months. If you receive an email and do not want to delete your account, you can choose not to delete your account in accordance with the official guidelines.
