The new generation of QLC SSD,Solidigm P41 Plus is listed overseas

CTOnews.com August 16 news, earlier this month, Solidigm officially launched its first consumer NVMe SSD product, Solidigm P41 Plus, which adopts PCIe 4.0x4 specification and provides 512GB, 1TB and 2TB specifications.

The Solidigm P41 Plus is now available on Newegg, confirming the use of QLC flash memory, 512GB $50 (about RMB 337), 1TB $90 (about RMB 606.6) and 2TB $190 (about RMB 1288.2). It goes on sale on August 22.

CTOnews.com learned that in terms of particles, the Solidigm P41 Plus uses 144 layers of 3D NAND. In terms of product durability, Solidigm P41 Plus 512GB version is 200 TBW Plus 512GB version, 400 TBW Plus 512GB version is 400 TBW Plus 512GB version, 2TB version is 800TBW, and the warranty is five years. In terms of speed, Solidigm P41 Plus SSD can achieve 4125MB/s in sequential reading, 3325MB/s in sequential writing, 390K IOPS in random reading and 540K IOPS in random writing.

Solidigm originally belonged to Intel storage business, and later married with SK Hynix, so it also inherited many technologies of Intel and SK Hynix in storage products. Solidigm has already launched D7 / D5 / D3 series SSD products in data centers and enterprise applications. This time, a new Solidigm Synergy technology is launched on the first consumer product, Solidigm P41 Plus, which can intelligently speed up common usage scenarios. Through Solidigm storage driver monitoring, high priority data can be intelligently identified and speed up.
