They said the campaign to launch the "People over Prime Pledge" was aimed at pressuring Amazon to meet its employees 'demands for a $30 minimum wage, increased paid vacation and an end to the disruption of Amazon's union activities.

A member of the group said Amazon's "widespread abuse" of employees and "blatant use of union-busting tactics" would no longer be tolerated by the Generation Z community on TikTok.

The protest is understood to be a "public blow" for Amazon, which has been trying to build closer relationships with young people in recent years.
