When talking about Anshi Semiconductor, Wentai Technology said that the company's subsidiary Anshi Semiconductor, as an IDM model, has several advantages in closed testing:
First, the automobile regulation level seal production line, most of the products meet the strict certification standards and quality requirements of the automobile industry, and nearly half of the income comes from automobile customers.
Second, in terms of closed testing technology, Anshi has a variety of advanced closed testing technologies such as LFPAK, clip bonding, SiP (system level packaging) and dozens of closed test models, which can meet the different product performance needs of automobile customers, industrial and consumer customers.
Third, in terms of closed testing efficiency, Anshi subsidiary ITEC can provide automatic closed testing equipment solutions to improve the efficiency and product quality of closed testing mass production.
