CTOnews.com August 18 news, HME Jingwei Qili announced the launch of its Hercules H series of new generation products H3C08 chip (H3 series products), the chip is the first domestic based on 22nm process and has been successfully mass-produced FPGA chip.

According to the official introduction, Beijing Weiqi H3C08 uses 6K LUT6 (equivalent to 8K LUT4), the performance can reach 250MHz, support hard core MIPI D-PHY Tx, and the interface rate can reach 2.5Gbps. As FPGA chips based on heterogeneous architecture, H3 series products are equipped with 8K high performance programmable logic resources, 5MB embedded SRAM memory module, special image / video processing module, 32-bit high performance processor-Cortex-M3 MCU and rich peripherals, realizing the perfect combination of MCU, SRAM, MIPI, ASIC and FPGA. It further improves the processing efficiency, operation flexibility, module expansibility and functional integration of the product in multiple applications.

H3C08 chips can be widely used in the new generation of consumer terminals, display bridging, AR&VR and other applications, and continue to expand the market field of domestic FPGA chips.
