CTOnews.com August 19, the Securities Regulatory Commission approved Zhejiang Zero Technology Co., Ltd. to issue overseas listed foreign capital shares and domestic unlisted shares to be listed overseas.

According to the CSRC's reply, the approved company shall issue no more than 290917000 overseas listed foreign capital shares with a face value of 1 yuan each, all of which are common shares. After the completion of this offering, the company may be listed on the main board of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange; the 59 shareholders of the approved company will convert a total of 791334785 domestic unlisted shares into overseas listed foreign capital shares, and the relevant shares can be listed and circulated on the main board of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange after the conversion is completed.

On March 17 this year, Zero said it had submitted a prospectus to the Hong Kong Stock Exchange. On May 10, 2022, Zero run C01 made its debut and officially launched the pre-sale. On June 28, 2022, Zero Auto announced that the performance version of Zero running C11, the 100,000th production car, was officially off the line.
