Microsoft has launched a preview version of Minit process mining to help enterprises improve business operation efficiency.

CTOnews.com, Nov. 24-Microsoft acquired Minit in March this year, which focuses on process mining to help organizations improve business operational efficiency and revolutionize the way they analyze and optimize their processes. Several months after the acquisition and integration, Microsoft recently announced the launch of a preview version of Minit process Mining, which allows customers to improve their operational processes through process consultants in Microsoft Power Automate.

Microsoft said the purpose of the acquisition was to help its customers "achieve digital transformation and promote operational excellence by creating a complete business flowchart so that each process can be easily and automatically analyzed and improved".

CTOnews.com learned that Minit today launched a process consultant preview version, which provides several templates to give customers easy insight into the entire process system from Power Automate's cloud data flow, as well as from Microsoft Power Virtual Agents and other recording systems such as SAP, so that customers can understand, strengthen and adapt their processes in the growing market.

More importantly, with the new capabilities in Power Automate, customers will be able to identify bottlenecks in their processes and reduce complexity and costs. Included features include:

Templates that drive optimization with low code automation

Extract business insights from cloud data streams from Power Automate, Power Virtual Agents, and other recording systems such as SAP

Automatically identify repetitive activities across processes, accurately point out the root causes and effects of rework, and eliminate them

Reports that can be easily customized and shared and published to the workspace through Power BI Premium
