The stem of "bad guys don't use iPhone" is gone, and almost all of the staff of "sharp blade out of sheath 2: silk stripping cocoon" have switched to Samsung phones.

CTOnews.com, Nov. 25 (Xinhua)-- the suspense film "out of the scabbard 2: A Knives Out Mystery" (Glass Onion: A Knives Out Mystery) will be broadcast on Netflix next month and is currently on a week-long trial in some US cinemas. In this suspense film, the audience needs to pay attention to a lot of details in order to follow the plot and finally find the suspect.

Even more ingenious, CTOnews.com learned, was that the film's director, Rian Johnson, had said he would "break the rules" in the suspense drama, which is the mobile phone used by the protagonists.

Ryan Johnson said in an interview in February 2020 that Apple does not allow bad guys to use iPhone in front of the camera. So in the first film "Knives Out" in 2019, Chris Evans's character highlighted the use of Android phones (as well as Chrome and Proton Mail). Everyone else has an iPhone, and several others wear Apple Watch.

In the second film, out of the scabbard 2: stripping the cocoon, many of the protagonists switched to Samsung folding phones from the Android camp. Dave Bautista (Dave Bautista) plays the role in Samsung Galaxy Z Fold; Katherine Hahn (Kathryn Hahn) uses Samsung Galaxy Z Flip; while Kate Hudson (Kate Hudson) uses Galaxy S flagship phone.

There may be several reasons why iPhone is no longer used in the second installment "sharp blade out of the sheath 2: drawing and peeling cocoons". First, to meet Apple's requirements, and second, to confuse viewers who know that "bad guys are not allowed to use iPhone in front of the camera."
