Sichuan: 200000 charging facilities will be built in the province by 2025, basically realizing the "county-wide coverage" of electric vehicle charging stations.

CTOnews.com November 25 news, the Sichuan Provincial Development and Reform Commission website today issued a notice on the issuance of the "Sichuan Province to promote the construction of electric vehicle charging infrastructure implementation plan" (hereinafter referred to as the "work plan").

CTOnews.com learned that the "work plan" proposes that by 2025, 200000 charging facilities will be built in the province, basically realizing "county-wide coverage" of electric vehicle charging stations and "township-wide coverage" of electric vehicle charging posts.

Specifically, in the demonstration areas of charging infrastructure represented by Chengdu, the ratio of public (dedicated) charging facilities to electric vehicles is not less than 1:6, the ratio of charging facilities in residential communities to private electric vehicles is not less than 1:5, and the service radius of public charging facilities in the urban core area is not more than 1 km.

In the advanced development areas of charging infrastructure represented by Deyang, Mianyang, Nanchong, Yibin, Meishan and Ziyang, the ratio of public (dedicated) charging facilities to electric vehicles is not less than 1:10, the ratio of residential community charging facilities to private electric vehicles is not less than 1:8, and the service radius of public charging facilities in the urban core area is not more than 1.5km.

In the rapidly developing areas represented by Zigong, Luzhou, Guangyuan, Suining, Leshan, Guang'an and Dazhou, the ratio of public (dedicated) charging facilities to electric vehicles is not less than 1:12, the ratio of residential community charging facilities to private electric vehicles is not less than 1:10, and the service radius of public charging facilities in urban core areas is not more than 2.5km.

The charging infrastructure represented by Panzhihua, Neijiang, Bazhong, Ya'an, Aba, Ganzi, and Liangshan is actively developing. In the urban core areas, the ratio of public (dedicated) charging facilities to electric vehicles is not less than 1:16, the ratio of residential community charging facilities to private electric vehicles is not less than 1:12, and the service radius of public charging facilities is not more than 6 kilometers.
