CTOnews.com learned that according to the official introduction, Shenyang contact Compressor Station is an important hub for long-distance natural gas pipelines such as Qinhuangdao-Shenyang Line, Harbin-Shenyang Line, Da-Shen Line and Sino-Russian East Line.

The four compressors put into production are designed and manufactured by Shenyang Blower Group, which reduces the comprehensive cost of imported equipment by about 30%. In terms of unit control, the compressor adopts domestic independent innovation technology and has the functions of remote one-button start-stop and comprehensive one-button start-stop, which transforms a large number of manual on-site operations into automatic judgment and control of established procedures under various working conditions and modes, thus realizing a great change in unit start-up efficiency from "10 people per hour" to "1 person per minute". The stability and reliability of domestic core equipment and independent innovation technology are further verified.

During the construction of the compressor station, the National Pipe Network Group carried out a large number of technical breakthroughs in the aspects of independent design, independent construction, localization of equipment, high system integration and remote control of the compressor station control system, and achieved major breakthroughs. It also carried out innovative exploration on the construction and safe operation of unattended stations in oil and gas pipelines, and carried out the improvement of compressor unit control system at the same time, so as to improve the stability and reliability of unit operation. It provides a technical guarantee for the construction of intelligent pipeline and intelligent pipe network.
