IGO Electric launches its new electric bike, Metro CX, with a range of 32 miles and a price of C $1999.99.
CTOnews.com November 26 news, citing technology media InsideEVs reported that the Canadian electric bicycle company iGO Electric recently launched a new product called Metro CX. This electric bike is mainly aimed at urban residents, providing them with a reasonable, affordable and sustainable urban commuting program.
CTOnews.com learned that Metro CX electric bicycles are equipped with Tektro's mechanical disc brake with an oversized 180mm rotor, so it will have better braking effect.
It also comes with an eight-speed Shimano transmission that allows you to trample seamlessly with an electric motor. The Metro CX is also equipped with a compact and quiet 500W hub motor with a peak output of 900W. There is also a thumb operated throttle and nine levels of pedal assistance.
In terms of batteries, Metro CX uses 10Ah and 482Wh battery packs with a maximum range of 32 miles under fully charged conditions. In terms of weight, the battery weighs 3.1 kg and the total weight of electric bicycles is 22.6 kg. The Metro CX uses a 27.5-inch double-wall alloy rim wheel.
In terms of price, iGO now accepts orders from Metro CX, starting at C $1999.99 (about 10725 yuan).
