Wuxi Disi Microelectronics Co., Ltd., a subsidiary of China Resources Microelectronics, has long focused on the field of photomask manufacturing and is an influential independent photomask company with its own brand in China.

The Dex high-end mask project, which laid the foundation, with an investment of about 1.3 billion yuan, will build 40nm advanced optical mask production line, help enterprises to further improve mask production capacity, achieve both production capacity and technical level, and at the same time fill the gap in the field of domestic high-end mask foundry.
