Lanqi Technology data show that the data rate supported by the third generation RCD chip of DDR5 is as high as 6400MT / s, which is 14.3% higher than that of the second generation and 33.3% higher than that of the first generation.

CTOnews.com learned that Lan Qi Technology said that the launch of DDR5 RCD03 engineering samples is an important upgrade of DDR5 RCD products according to JEDEC DDR5 memory standards, and has sent samples to mainstream memory manufacturers in the industry.

At present, the global memory industry is in the stage of transition from DDR4 to DDR5. Lanqi Technology's first generation RCD chip was mass-produced in October last year; the second generation RCD chip was the first trial production in the industry in May this year, and mass production is imminent; the third generation RCD chip has now begun to send samples. In the future, Lan Qi Technology will also plan higher-speed DDR5 RCD offspring products.
