Tesla (Shanghai) Co., Ltd. will upgrade the recalled vehicles to software version 2022.40 or later free of charge through car remote upgrade (OTA) technology, so that users can complete the software upgrade without going to the store. For vehicles that cannot be recalled through remote upgrade (OTA) technology, Tesla (Shanghai) Co., Ltd. will contact relevant users through Tesla service center to upgrade the software for vehicles free of charge to eliminate safety risks.
