This round of financing is jointly led by Guangzhou Science and Technology Industry Investment Fund under Guangzhou Industrial Investment holding Group and Guangdong Semiconductor and Integrated Circuit Industry Investment Fund under Guangdong Yuecai Holdings. At the same time, it has received additional investment from existing and new strategic investment shareholders, such as Agricultural Bank of China Investment and China Construction Bank Investment. All the funds obtained from this financing will be used for the investment and construction of the third phase of Guangdong Semiconductor.
