AMDRSServ.exe may cause some AMD graphics products, such as Radeon ™570s, to maintain GPU utilization at 100% after shutting down games.

When playing video in VRChat ™of the Radeon ™RX 6000 Series GPU, intermittent driver timeouts or black screens may occur.
