Nvidia TITAN X graphics card engineering version exposed, only two monitor interfaces

CTOnews.com December 4, Nvidia GeForce GTX TITAN X graphics card was launched in 2015. Maxwell GM200 GPU with 3072 CUDA cores and 12GB GDDR5 video memory was one of the most powerful gaming products in the consumer market at that time.

Recently, Reddit netizen puzzlew posted a special version of the TITAN X card with only two monitor interfaces instead of four in the regular release version.

As you can see from the figure, the card has only one HDMI interface and one DP interface, while the conventional products are one HDMI interface and three DP interfaces.

In addition, the board number of this GTX TITAN X is the same as that of the original TITAN X. However, the product code is slightly different, not the regular 699-1G600-0000-500e, but 699-1G600-0000-501C.

CTOnews.com learned that Nvidia community workers on Reddit confirmed that this was an engineering sample that had been sold unexpectedly. Nvidia often gives partners pre-production graphics cards for product verification.
