It's easier to look at the PDF file. Microsoft Teams announces the integration of Adobe Acrobat functions.

CTOnews.com, December 7, Microsoft announced on Monday that Microsoft Teams will integrate the Adobe Acrobat plug-in to make it easier for professionals to view PDF files. After integration, Teams users can now set Acrobat as the default application of PDF in Teams, so that they can access its functions directly in one place.

CTOnews.com learned that users can share, review, comment, process, export and other operations, access PDF stored in Microsoft SharePoint and OneDrive, and Microsoft has taken the necessary actions to ensure the security of this integration.

In an official blog post, Evan Westenberger, Evan Westenberg, said: "applications designed for collaboration help employees work more smoothly by integrating applications, data and optimizing workflow. With the integration of Adobe Acrobat Sign and Adobe Creative Cloud, Adobe has further improved the collaborative capabilities of Microsoft Teams."
