It is required to strengthen the construction of judicial data center and intelligent court brain, and to provide core drive for all kinds of business-oriented artificial intelligence judicial application by building materialized judicial data center and intelligent court brain.

It is required to strengthen the construction of judicial artificial intelligence application system, take improving the level of intelligence as the main line, and build judicial artificial intelligence products and services in line with the development direction of advanced technology.

It is required to strengthen the key core technologies of judicial artificial intelligence, rely on national key projects, scientific research projects and scientific and technological innovation platforms, organize the advantages of industry-university-research, and carry out key core technologies to tackle key problems, so as to provide traction and support for the construction of judicial artificial intelligence system.

At the same time, it is also required to strengthen infrastructure construction and security operation and maintenance, strengthen network security, data security and personal information protection capabilities, and improve the operation and maintenance mechanism of artificial intelligence.
