The global version of Xiaomi Redmi Note 12 Pro + will be released on January 5 next year: with a 200-megapixel camera

CTOnews.com December 12 news, Xiaomi Redmi officially announced that the global launch of Redmi Note 12 Pro + is scheduled to be held on January 5 next year. This is the first Redmi phone with a 200MP (200 megapixel) camera.

Last week, Xiaomi announced that the Redmi Note 12 series would be launched in India, but did not give an exact date. It is not clear which models will arrive-Redmi Note 12 Pro + is definitely on the list, Redmi Note 12 and Redmi Note 12 Pro have not been announced, and there may be a trend version of Redmi Note 12, the Pro + version with 210W charging, but this version may still be exclusive to the Chinese market.

CTOnews.com learned that Xiaomi Redmi Note series shipments just exceeded 300 million units, of which 72 million were sold to India.

The Redmi Note 12 Pro, Note 12 Pro + and Note 12 Discovery are smartphones with Tianji 1080 chip, but there are differences in camera, battery and memory. The Discovery version is equipped with a 200MP pixel main camera and 210W wired charging.

The Redmi Note 12 standard version is equipped with a Snapdragon 4 Gen 1 processor, a 48MP main camera and a slower 33W fast charge.
