The official poster of MiyazakiHayao's new animated film "what kind of Life do you want to live" will be released in July next year.

CTOnews.com, December 13 (Xinhua)-- Ghibli Studios today released an official poster for MiyazakiHayao's new animated film, "what kind of Life do you want to live?" which will be released in Japan on July 14, 2023.

CTOnews.com learned that the new film "what kind of Life do you want to live" is based on a 1937 novel of the same name written by writer Genisaburo Yoshino.

The story tells the story of a 15-year-old boy who explored the unavoidable topics of friendship, wealth, discrimination, bullying and courage under the guidance of his uncle as a college graduate, so as to explore "the value of being a human being". MiyazakiHayao was so touched after reading the original book that he wrote down his feelings in the memory of the lost scenery, saying that the text prompted him to think about the society at that time and the world in the future: "this book conveys a message. That is, no matter how cruel and difficult times you are, you have to live like a human being."

Producer Toshio Suzuki said the work is still hand-painted and is by far the largest production in Ghibli, with 60 painters working at the same time, but only one minute in a month.
