CTOnews.com December 13, Sony launched a pre-order for the PlayStation VR2 on November 16, but it is only available to invitees in certain areas. Now, PlayStation VR2 is open to pre-orders for everyone and orders can be placed without invitation.

Sony PlayStation VR2 costs 4580 Hong Kong dollars (currently about 4108 yuan) in Hong Kong and 18880 New Taiwan dollars (currently about 4286 yuan) in Taiwan, including PS VR2 headsets, PS VR2 Sense handles and stereo headphones.

CTOnews.com learned that the Sony PlayStation VR2 will go on sale on February 22, 2023, with a single-eye resolution of 2000 degrees 2040 and an increased field of view from 100 degrees to 110 degrees. In addition, PS VR2 has a built-in eye tracking system to make the game interaction more real, and with the help of four built-in cameras, PS VR2 can accurately know the player's location and give accurate feedback in the game.

It is important to note, however, that Sony PlayStation VR2 can only be used with PlayStation 5 consoles and is not compatible with previous-generation PlayStation VR games.
