About the European Football Premier League incident, Apple is about to broadcast the documentary "Super League: The War for Football"
CTOnews.com, December 15 (Xinhua)-- Apple announced that it will air the documentary "Super League: The War for Football" on January 13. The documentary is divided into four units and tells the story of the Premier League events that rocked European football.
"the emergence of a separatist alliance has profoundly affected the past, present and future of European football," the documentary said. The sport's leaders had to defend or subvert the sport's traditions, sparking a high-stakes war.
The show promises unprecedented access to league presidents, club owners and the designers behind the controversial Premier League itself. "this feature film brings fans an undisclosed story of how and why the idea was hatched, as well as a battle plan to fight it," Apple said.
CTOnews.com learned that the European Premier League (The European Super League), also known as the Premier League (The Super League), is an European club football project that competes with the European Champions League (UEFA Champions League) in April 2021.
The Premier League has 20 clubs, including 15 permanent members, who cannot be relegated or eliminated from the league. For the club, the biggest attraction is to get solidarity funds from 10 billion euros, as well as 3.5 billion infrastructure investment plans to offset the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic.
The proposal has almost been widely condemned by the world football community, and major domestic leagues such as the Premier League have expressed opposition to the move. As the rally intensified, major clubs, including all English teams, two Milan clubs and Atletico Madrid, withdrew, leaving only Barcelona, Real Madrid and Juventus.
