This round of financing is led by Walden International, followed by Jiayu Capital, Banyan Capital, Vofeng Industries and other institutions. This round of financing is mainly used for R & D investment of power semiconductor modules, production line construction and technical team building and so on.

In the face of the high growth trend of automobile electrification, Jingneng takes the inverter power module as the starting point, through the combined capability of "chip design + module manufacturing + vehicle specification certification", to develop vehicle specification grade IGBT (insulated gate bipolar transistor) chips and modules, SiC devices, medium and low voltage MOSFET and other products to serve the "double carbon" industry scenarios such as new energy vehicles, electric motorcycles, photovoltaic, energy storage, etc.

Jingneng said that Jingneng forges core competencies in chip design, module manufacturing and vehicle specification certification to provide customers with cost-effective products and services for new energy vehicles, electric motorcycles, photovoltaic, energy storage and other customers. A number of products will begin to be loaded next year.
